Morning scrappers :) Just quickly stopping in to share a few simple cards I made for the Jillibean Soup blog this week.
For this first card, I used several Pea Pod Parts (diecut shapes) and layered them together, over a patterned paper background made in a chevron like pattern:
You can see that I like to use dimensional foam adhesive whenever I can on cards. It just makes the elements pop and is a quick and easy way to add texture to your cards!I also used a scalloped edge punch to fancy up the square card edge a little and I like that look.
Next up, I created a quick heart border within my Cameo software and cut it out onto Red Salt Soup Staples II paper. I popped out the hearts and used a few with more dimensional foam adhesive inside ande in stead of a few of the heart shapes.
I added in some Tart Teal and Roma Red Alphabean letter stickers for my title. The Jillibean Soup fonts are great for both the cardmaker and the layout designer! I love products that translate well to several different projects.
Thanks for stopping by my blog today - please come back tomorrow to see one of my new favorite pages :)
