Our furnace broke last night....first it was squealling and sounded like broken fan belt in the car...then I smelled burning rubber....bye bye heat for 8 hours.
Good thing is:
1) it was only the motor so we didn't blow the bank;
2) the weather was co-operating!
Good thing this didn't happen 1 month ago--especially in Manitoba!
