there is an article about my grandmother and her basement that was DESTROYED this past May. The sewer pipes that were on the city property burst...into her basement. Everything had to be ripped out.
The city sent people out to her home to inspect the problem, and even told her in writing that it was their problem -- not hers. And now...they won't fix her basement, saying it isn't their probem.

That is awful Nicole.I hope that the city comes good for what they promised.
