Lily Bee - Trendsetting week

This week on the Lily Bee blog, we are sharing projects that are based on the topic "trendsetting".

For this project, I looked to Pinterest for inspiration - I noticed a few different trends and tried to combine them together on this page.

I was drawn to the pale, monochromatic vibe of a lot of pages I have seen pinned. I also saw a few ombre pages and tons of metallics. So, I combined all three on this page. I punched a lot of circles from some pale papers from several Lily Bee lines - I used Persnickety, Autumn Spice, Pinwheel and Sweet Shoppe on this page. I added in a punch of green for a little contrast too.

I used my favourite Autumn Spice Stamps with some beige ink to blend with the theme. I brought in the metallic in the thread I stitched with, along with the misted silver title, a couple sequins and washi tape and even some glitter tape around my photo.
