It's that time of the month again where I offer up a new free cut file to the Scrapbook and Cards Today readers over on the SCT blog.
Here is the page I created with the cut file this month. I focused on the new year and even journaled (gasp I never do that)...
I layered a bunch of the cut squares over each other and left some as is.

I received a silhouette for Christmas and am so excited. This is my first cut file that I have downloaded, but it won't open. Did I do something wrong? Also, can these kind of files be resized or are they one size? Thanks for sharing your talents!
