new KI Memories by Hampton Art

One of the fun things about designing for Hampton Art - is that I get to work with products from several different companies they have under their umbrella - Jillibean Soup, KI Memories, Authentique, Studio G and more.

This CHA, Hampton Art released a new KI Memories line called "Playlist" and I love it! There are some fun new embellishments, and bold patterned paper, which I love! I was lucky enough to make a few projects for the Hampton Art booth, using both KI Memories and Jillibean Soup. Today, I want to share my layouts using KI Memories Playlist:
I love the new diecut backgrounds - they really take the work out of cutting your own. I love the subtle wonkiness of the circles here.
and I love the new mini acrylic shapes - this camera is my fave  :) how fun are the smiley face sequins too right!!
One great thing about this line - is one side is masculine and flip it over and it is all girly! Love that idea - plus, you can really intermingle the two sides nicely too!

Here is my girly take on this line:

These alphas are very cool - they are clear and so I layered them over some simple white cardstock to make them pop out on their own! They look great mixed with some Jillibean Soup alphabeans too.
It might be hard to see here - but there are new glitter enamel dots!!! Yes, the best of two of my favorite things - glitter and enamel dots - so cute and smart :)

That's it for me today!!! Come back tomorrow for a fun Scraptastic project!

Hampton Art layout

Good morning!! I am just quickly popping in with a page I did for December for Hampton Art.

I used a lot of fun and bright KI Memories papers for this one, along with some cute Bella Blvd. stamps by Hampton Art.

I cut the large flower shapes out of a few circles I hand drew onto the back of my patterned paper. I cut a few notches from each circle to make the flower shape, and then added some circles and a bunch of sewing to finish off the flowers.

I finished off the page by using my ColorBox Suede dye ink and my Bella Blvd stamps to stamp a few heart and sub-title to my page:

I love the fun and sparkly KI Memories "lovely" word that comes in a sticker pack, with flowers and other assorted shapes. I love that they are foam, as they can be manipulated easily on your page :)

Thanks for stopping by - I have a tutorial up tomorrow... oh and a giveaway too! Don't miss out!

Hampton Art - cards Dec

Good morning!

Today, I wanted to share a few holiday cards, made using some fabulous new stamps by Gloria Stengel for Hampton Art I love the fun sketchy design of the font on these stamps and had to use a couple different ones.

I used my Silhouette Cameo to cut a holly and berries shape and used it with some KI Memories and Studio G papers from Hampton Art:

For this card, I used another Gloria Stengel stamp and some non-tradtional holiday color by adding in a little blue with the green! I used mostly all Studio G paper from a paper note pad and a mini envelope from KI Memories:

I am excited to go to CHA in a few weeks - I am just finishing off my last CHA projects for the Hampton Art booth! I am very fortunate this CHA to have my work in the Hampton Art, Jillibean Soup and Basic Grey booths!

There are some GREAT released coming from each of those companies.... make sure you are checking them all out on their blogs and facebook pages... you want to see those sneaks!

HAVE A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY HOLIDAYS! I am off on a blogging break for a few days ... thank you to all that visit and leave comments, I read each and every one and appreciate your kind words here on the blog.

Hampton Art - CARDS

I am here today to share a few quick cards using lots of Hampton Art stamps!

I am definitely not an expert card maker, so I focus on the quick and easy. I really tried to make a concious effort to stamp a lot on this card.... lol

First up, I used the Kiss Me stamps from Bella Blvd by Hampton Art for this fun lovey card:
I made a semi ombre background with different colours of red and pink inks with the same stamp over and over again. I also stamped some different colour word bubbles and adhered one with 3D adhesive:

Next, I made this card, using some great KI Memories products:

I had the background left over from another project and added some punched circles of patterned paper in behind some of the circles. I added a fun sentiment sticker and some stamped tags, using stamps by Echo Park.

I love the fun circles and it was an easy way to add pops of color on a basic card!

Be back soon with more projects...doing a bit of a catch up ;)

You are my sunshine - Hampton Art project

It's been a bit since I shared a Hampton Art project - I made this one using lots of KI Memories products with a little Bella Blvd. mixed in too :)

I used the fun die cut background my KI memories and added lots of KI Memories & Bella Blvd papers in behind the open spaces.

I also added some stamped images from the Kiss Me & Love and Marriage sets from Hampton Art:

and my page is complete! I am really enjoying adding stamping to most of my layouts lately... it just adds that little something right!

Hampton Art/ Jillibean Soup

TGIF!!!! I am so excited it's the weekend, I can't even tell you ! The weather here is supposed to be still nice and warm, although it is cooling off a lot in the evenings.

I am here to share a page made with lots of Jillibean Soup and Hampton Art licensed stamps for Echo Park.

I don't often do a lot of masculine pages, so I am happy to say today's is all about the boys!

To create this page, I started by cutting a lot of diecut arrow shapes with my Silhouette Cameo. I layered these onto my bottom paper and added some stitching. Once I had all my papers and photo on the page, I added some stamping using some Echo Park/Hampton Art stamps and one of my Tim Holtz Distress Ink Markers. I coloured directly onto parts of the stamps - just the sentiments and not the whole image, and stamped it onto my page in various areas like so:

I added a stamped tag to finish off the page, and I was done! My pile/stash of stamps has sure grown the last few months. I need to remember to pull them out and stamp more on my projects. It is a great way to add just another layer of texture. Plus, it is super easy too! If you are afraid (like me) to stamp directly to your page, stamp on a scrap of paper and trim it around. This would be great for the sentiment that I had used too. That just adds another layer of texture to your project! Anyway - enough blabbering from me today - enjoy your weekend and get some craftiness in would ya!

Hampton Art cards!

Hello everyone! First off, thanks for all your sweet comments this weekend on the blog- I read every single one and really appreciate each of them! Sometimes I feel like I am talking to myself out there :)

Today, I wanted to share a few cards I made for the  Hampton Art blog this week. I used some fun KI Memories paper, along with some Hampton Art licensed stamps by Echo Park to make these cards:

For this card, I really put my punches to work.I wanted to make a quick and easy card that would be suitable for a boy - since my boys are always at one party or another! The card came together super quick with just two punches, some paper and stamps! Love when that happens.

This card came together even easier! I just cut a "7" with my Cameo and then stamped stars in a beige ink and then
added some foam adhesive to the back over top of this fun bright striped paper !

Jillibean Tutorial time!

A new video went up on the Jillibean Soup blog yesterday - this time it was to play with your Jillibean Soup stamps and those watercolor paints that I have been seeing all over the internet!

Here is the page I created for the video :
You can see all the stamping I used here:
I really love that water dripping effect from splashing some water on your page too :
I just used really cheap watercolors for this page - I am too cheap to invest big bucks in something I might do a few times on a project ... love the effect, it is really pretty in person.
Please check out the video HERE.  I would love to get your suggestions for upcoming videos.... if you have any ideas on what you would like to see email or leave me a comment !! (here or on the Jillibean Soup blog)

A few Hampton Art projects!

Good morning! Today, I am sharing a layout I made using lots of Hampton Art products - stamps and KI Memories paper products!

I love this fun chevron paper, so I cut it into strips and stitched it down on my paper, along with some cool transparency paper and some stamped images.

Next, I used my watercolour paints to colour in some of the stamped images and tags - super easy way to dress up your stamped images!

I also created this card using more KI Memories paper and some Bella Blvd stamps:
The whole back of the card is popped over some green cardstock.
I cut some strips off the bottom of the paper and trimmed down for my card.

Next, I created this card with some Bella Blvd flower stamps that are so cute!

I stamped them onto patterned paper and trimmed out, added a button center to each:

More Hampton Art stamps

I'm back again today to share another quick card made with Hampton Art released stamps for  Echo Park!

I stamped the large butterfly and added a button/brad to it and popped it over the quilted/stitched background. Add some ribbon and a sentiment and WHAM- you are done!
Love this pretty KI Memories paper too - the soft yellow/pink/grey/beige combo is so pretty!

Hampton Art time!

It's time to share a quick card I made for Hampton Art this month using some cool new Bella Blvd stamps that were released this year!

I stamped a few flowers on some cardstock with different colors of ink and added some brads. I mixed in some Authentique stamps for the tag and sentiment too:
I love it when a card comes together quickly and these stamps were perfect for just that!

Hampton Art + Bella Blvd hop!

All week long on the Hampton Art blog, we are sharing projects made with the Bella Blvd cling stamps and Bella Blvd products!

Here is a quick and cutesy card I made for the blog using the Kiss Me, Sand & Surf and Love & Marriage stamps, mixed with some older Bella Blvd products I had on hand.

I stamped the hearts on two different patterns of paper twice and then stitched them together and laid them out in a flower shape. I stamped the stem with an arrow stamp from the Sand & Surf collection and covered the arrowhead with the flower shape.

Make sure you check out all the great Hampton Art/Bella Blvd cards on the Hampton Art blog this week!
