Felicty Jane - I Am kit!

I had the pleasure of working with the I Am Kit by Felicity Jane! Jeana had a challenge on the blog to scrap a photo of ourselves and this was the result.

There are so many exclusives in the kit - I love the floral paper and I did a little fussy cutting of the pretty black/white floral paper in the kit and added some watercolors to them to match the paper background. I thought about doing the leaves too, but decided to leave them white as I didn't want too much green on the page.

April Felicty Jane kit + a JustNick cut file!

I finally had a chance to play with the April kit from Felicity Jane and it was amazing!! I cut some of the Scribbles 1 cut file from my JustNick cut store and here was the result:

I love the bright colours in this exclusive kit! Lots of bright color and that word "smile" is a foam glittery letter! I love it!

I cut the Scribbles 1 file from my shop and added lots of watercolor paint to it to match the papers in the kit.

More Felicity Jane April kit + cut file

I had a little time on NSD to play with the April kit from Felicity Jane! If you haven't heard of Felicity Jane before, they are kits with exclusive papers and lots of fun goodies inside, including a great stamp set each month.

Here is another page I created using the #WIDN April kit

I used a couple of my JustNick cut files too - Open Triangles and WORD. I love the variation that the triangle cut provides. I was able to use a lot of the different Felicity Jane exclusive papers and both sides too, using both the inside and outside of the triangle shape.

I used one of the words in the WORD cut file for part of my title. It is perfect for layering and easily mixes with other fonts and stickers.

March Felicity Jane kit!

Have you heard of Felicity Jane? It is a cute new kit company - I tried out one of their kits recently (March) and loved it! There are exclusives, almost everything, in the kit and thought I would share a couple pages today.

Each kit has a cutable sheet - I used my Pixscan mat on my Silhouette to add cut lines and cut out the shapes, but they could also be easily cut with some scissors too.

I love the polka dot tag and the title is one of the cut outs that I added some watercolor paint too before adhering to my page.

I love these pretty cut out flowers with a few enamel dots added.

My next page is with the same kit - it all started with that acrylic word that I wanted to use for my title.That and a whole bunch of tags and bits of paper

I used up almost all of the cut out pieces on this page, and added in some small bits of scraps of paper from the kit.

The patterns are so pretty, but I wanted to save a lot of the paper for another project... so I used a few pieces sparingly here to layer behind some of the embellishemnts in the kit, like the wood veneer slide frame and that Kate Spade bowtie clip.

That's it for me today! I just got my April Felicity Jane kit, so hopefully I can get to that this weekend! I am headed out of town to a 3 day charity crop with a friend. Will be good to get lots of scrapping done :)
