Fancy Pants - new Office Suite!

Hello hello! I am here today to share with you a page using some NEW Fancy Pants Designs Office Suite collection!

This line is so pretty it is crazy. I love the green/yellow/peach and black color combo! Oh and did I mention the pops of gold too?? Really fun and versatile. I can see doing so many pages with it!

Here is what I made:

There are some fun gold diecut elements as well as Vellum paper in this collection! I used some gold + signs on the bottom of the page here.

I just love the larger diecut letters in the collection - I added some foam adhesive behind my letters on the page. I kept the page pretty simple, by addding in just a little stitching and some new chipboard embellishements!

new Fancy Pants Flutter!

How was your weekend?? Mine flew by, the boys both were in a soccer tournament, so that means 6 soccer games for us + indoor baseball spring training and 2 skating lessons too. I feel a bit like a taxi driver today :)

I am here to share with you a page I made using the new Fancy Pants Designs Flutter collection!! It is so pretty and a lot fun, I was very inspired by the fun colors, patterns and new textured papers!! they are so thick and textured, they are amazing.

Here's my page:

Lots of fun colors right? I adore that teal and pink combo... mixed with a bunch of gold and cream too. I punched several circles out of the paper pad and layered together and stitched. The new collections both have big new diecut letters, but I chose to hand cut my title from the same patterns.

That's it for me today! I hope you enjoyed a nice Valentine's day with your lovey :)

Fancy Pants - ADDY

Good morning! I am actually out at CHA this week, but I wanted to stop in and share a recent page I did using a couple different Fancy Pants Designs collections - Everyday Moments and Burlap and Bouquets!

The two collections work really well together, a great mix of florals in both lines. I download a lot of designs from the Silhouette store and wanted to use a flower design I had been eyeing lately for my page.

Here is how it turned out:

I simply diecut a ton of flowers with various papers from different Fancy Pants papers. I layered them together, mixing the patterns, some Fancy Pants vellum and gold foil paper too! I used some dimensional adhesive between some layers to create a 3D effect on the flowers.

All in all, this page came together quite quickly. I let the background be simple as the flowers and patterns from the paper were the focus!

Have a great weekend! I am headed off to Disneyland with some great friends tonight!

Fancy Pants Holiday Cards

Hello blog readers!!! I am full on in the holiday spirit and today I have a couple fun cards I made for Fancy Pants Designs, using some items from the Oh Deer collection!

For my first card, I used the Fancy Pants Designs corrugated cardstock to create my little snowman! I added a paper hat and nose, along with some chipboard and regular buttons from the button pack.

I really like how the snowman came together... and quickly too! I used some of the chalk tape (trimmed down) to create his stick arms.

This next card is created with a die cut frame and the adorable mini bottle brush trees! I popped the frame over some Fancy Pants vellum that I had previously punched some snowflakes from. Once it was popped up with foam adhesive, I flattened the back of the trees with my fingers and then glued in place inside the frame "window"

I finished the card off with a few Fancy Pants sequins and some enamel dots from my stash.

It really isn't too much work to create a couple of cool holiday themed cards! Have a crafty day :)
