NEW Class with PageMaps + SCT Magazine!

I am super excited to share that I am part of a NEW online class with PageMaps and Scrapbook and Cards Today Magazine!

I have to admit, that I was more than a tad stressed about making an "easy" layout for the class. I have found in teachine classes, that my version of simple is not always easy! However, that being said, I love how the samples turned out for my portion of the class and I do hope you will check it out! It will be worth it, I promise!

A few of the above sneaks are of my projects... can you spot them  :)

Here is some info on the class:

SCT is very excited to roll out its online education program this interNational Scrapbook Day with a class that is sure to inspire everyone! Based on the popular Easy-Detailed-Expert column in Scrapbook & Cards Todaymagazine, we’ve taken that concept and applied it to an online class. Nicole Nowosad, Lisa Dickinson, Virginia Nebel, Sarah Webb, Sheri Reguly and Paige Evans have created technique-driven, trendsetting layouts to round out this six-week course. Your online content will be delivered directly to your inbox every Friday for six weeks, and includes complete step-by-step instructions, sketches, electronic cutting files, close-up and step-out photos, designer tips and tricks, supply lists and so much more!

Registration begins Friday, May 13th and week one of this fantastic class starts Friday, May 27th. Don’t miss out on this fantastic inaugural class that kicks off SCT’s amazing online education program. For more details and sneak peeks join our newsletter HERE!

If you sign up, please let me know - I would love to know how you liked the class!

PageMaps U Class 3!!

February is right around the corner and for me that means a few exciting things!

One of those things is that I am an educator over at PageMaps U again for Class 3 that goes up in February! I was part of Class One and Two and am super happy to be back for Class 3 :)

Here are a couple sneaks of the two pages I created for this class:

This class uses the Pink Paislee Bella Rouge collection and is so sweet and lovely!
I like how this one turned out :)

Love the free cut files I designed for both classes this round too. Check out the background for this project that is part of the class content:

Lots of American Crafts Dear Lizzy Daydreamer for that one! You can find out more on the PageMaps U site.. Class one and two are still available too!

Lily Bee + Pagemaps round 2!

Good morning   :)

All month long on the Lily Bee Blog, we have been sharing pages created with PageMaps by Becky Fleck!

For my page, I used mainly the new Destination collection for my page:

I just love the rich navy tones mixed with pops of red and yellow too! I can't get enough of the different woodgrain patterned papers - definitely a go to for me :)

Make sure you visit the Lily Bee blog tomorrow - I have a fun little tutorial video for you!

Lily Bee Design + Pagemaps = Awesome!

Lily Bee Design has partnered up with Becky Fleck and Pagemaps for June !

Becky created her fabulous sketches and sent them to some of the Lily Bee DT and here is my page using a mix of Destination, and the Sweet Shoppe collections:

I had lots of fun layering stickers and journal cards along with chipboard embellies:
I just adore this polaroid paper in the Destination collection! I could use it over and over again! And the mix of different patterns on woodgrains... well, it is amazing!

You can check out the sketch I used, along with all the other sketches the Lily Bee DT played with this month in the June Pagemaps on the Pagemaps site!

Have a good weekend - hope the weather is great wherever you are :)

Pebbles Inc + Pagemaps!

I'm up on the Pebbles Inc. blog today with a layout made
from a gorgeous sketch from Becky Fleck at PageMaps!

I used the Sunnyside collection again for this page -
just couldn't resist the colours and patterns! So bright and cheery!
I cut a doily with my Silhouette Cameo using a Pebbles Inc. design!
It is a very intricate design and great for a doily touch.

I took the 3D flowers that are in the Sunnyside collection and sanded them a bit to have the white core show through and did a little stitching on the title work too:
I ripped a hole in the paper in a few spots and roughed it up and stitched all over it for something different. Notice those stickers... so cute - the faux masking tape ones are fun and you can add the other's in the line so well too!

I hope you will play along with us over at the Pebbles Inc. blog - show us what you have done with the sketch and Pebbles products!

You

A few of us over at Jillibean Soup had the opportunity this month to use a sketch created by Becky Fleck from Pagemaps for her December PageMaps.

Here is my take on the sketch I used:
I used a good mix of different Jillibean Soup lines for this page - Homemade 6 Bean Soup, Apple CheddarHearty Barley and Sweet & Sour Soup. The onlu think that isn't Jillibean on this page is the brown twine and the little Papertrey Ink heart tag. I love how all the Jillibean lines work together - or on their own.

Please check out all the gorgeous Jillibean Soup on the December Pagemaps !
